Guys

Brian or B for Betrayal- college student, first love, first everything, future husband once upon a time,longest emotional attachment, broke my heart, maybe I broke his, fathered another woman's child, showed his character or lack thereof when he tried to sleep with the adulterer, no longer exists and got entirely too much of a description.


Malik formerly known as Jay-bad boy supposedly turned good, can be sweet but very stubborn, childish, the one who managed to get me to forget my rules and enter a four month affair, bad manners and insecurities, pretty penis, lack of consideration... semi gentleman.... the lesson learned.


Derwin- the one who was still in love with his ex, shoe man, neat freak, on my level of sophistication, my old Wednesday rendezvous, another lesson learned.


Fonsworth Bentley- computer tech,geek squad, flirted a bit, convinced he's bi or DL, shy, not the best at convos, reminds me of KK, ..I'll feel him out...and done.

Slick Rick -good friend with bold intentions. Sweet, smart, hard working, not afraid to let his feelings be known. a slack temptation but a better friend.


Trey Wiggs- best sex, dysfunctional relationship turned into amazing friendship, still burns a candle for me, another Aries finding his way, wants me to have his kids, always keeps it real with me, has a good heart... on a good day... complete asshole on a day like today.

Brad Pitt- met at a friend's funeral, was taken by a friend's friend,but no longer, has interesting choice of friends, BBW fetish, dry convos, makes little attempts, has his own place but in queens, hard worker, degree holder, needs to do better... forgetting him quickly, but would make a good drinking buddy.

Akeem- long lost online friend. African pastry chef, speaks fluent French, Ok English, lived in Paris, lives alone, smart, cute, the reason why I didn't sleep through out the night with the late night convos, searching for his wife, I wasn't ready to be her.

Jay- Financial adviser, 23,highly intelligent and articulate, self proclaimed multi home owner, big roller, CIA affiliates, idealistic, more personalities and disorders than I cared for..

Dre-met online....smart...good conversationalist at times.real hip hop aficionado, shy at times, over-analytical.... attracted the old me.

Mr. West Intelligent,dorky, hilarious, seemingly ambitious, genuinely cool, neighbor, unemployed father, nursing student, gentleman, combative... clingy. He's trouble- I just know it -He's not real and I'm not going to sniff the fairy dust. Update- I got busy, he took it personally, disappeared I was def. right.

BFF- My Bajan best friend....known him since Pre-K... part of the slackness threesome.. and foursome when Captain is present.. part of the BFF foursome ....Tolerates my madness.... enables my slackness, waist pelter turned goody two shoe boyfriend and God seeker.. comes to me for advice... calls me mother.. we keeps it funky..... hilariously equal in slackness... any night dinner buddy...always fresh and GQ..random shopping buddy,random driving buddy, rarely ever argue..learns how to deal with women through me and forced manners through Mel.. part-time model, Marketing Grad still finding himself, my brother from another mother and future God Father with full permission to beat the kids and vice versa.


BFF2- My other male best friend who knows all of my secrets pertaining to Brian and love in general. Met him through Brian. Stole him and now shares him with Brian.My fellow insomniac.. corrections officer... sweetheart.. arguer.... Would tell me my kids are just like me..my other brother..kept after the divorce.

Captain- Other best friend from Pre-K... the one I stole cheese doodles from in pre-k....A true character.... The one I'd be in jail with ...serious alcoholic.... hilariously rude and crazy..never slips up when drunk... member of all the slack and Bff circles... My party buddy for life..Slackness enabler,drinking buddy, ENABLER, ENABLEE, Graduate of Sociology...socialite in NY.. country Bamma in Tenn.... the one whose grave I'll sprinkle cheese doodles in...granted he goes first.. has permission to beat my kids and vice versa.. Brother for life.


Frasier- The second half to Niles. The right side to the Bff foursome.. The right side to BFF, Mel, him and me foursome.. The one who disappeared. Long time friend. Missing Bff to my bff and Mara.... speed demon....midnight rides taking...cable man boo'd up beyond recognition...ignoring everyone..finding himself.. fellow Aries...inconsistent...except for being MIA ..still would have permission to beat my kids if he resurfaces and vice versa.. miss him...

Comic -Comedian,old high school chum, good friend, scrabble opponent, smart,cool... miss him now that he's boo'd up.... will most likely do a routine about my kids..

Pudge - dated in high school, resurfaced a few years back, always resurfacing, birthday sharing, talker, true Aries, cool friend,fellow student, random dinner and movie buddy..talkative... encourages foolishness.... will tell me he beat my kids...

Brando- The third wheel to Me and Mara's tricycle. Old friend resurfaced. Computer tech who hates computers.. obsessed with his plot...generous and thoughtful.. Growing. Grown.

Cliff- boyfriend of Claire's going on three years, distant cousin, Comm. Grad, fellow countryman with jokes, we see eye to eye on the shambles that is, shot taker- no bitch drinks please, always encouraging and enlightening, sweetheart, a good friend and man for my Claire. Has permission to beat my kids and vice versa...

Marcus - friend of Cliff's, classmate, changed man, focused, graphic arts student, good talker.. we actually bond... cool dude.


KK- owes me money,my second, my comrade, drinking buddy,driving buddy,other buddy,dl, sweetheart, good friend living his life away from the others.

Girls

Mara - BFF from way back. The ink to my pen. Together we make sense. Apart we're confused. Accepts me for all my crazy. God mother of my future kids..sister... Psych Grad...maybe my future therapist and my best seller. Lol... J/K. Has permission to beat my kids.. twice.

Julie Parker - online friend turned real life friend. Copywriter, blogger, doer,frolicious, unique, winter hater, purposely goes against the grain....interesting

Jazzy - Self proclaimed Ad Goddess, met through Julie, my assumed twin or relative, hilarious,crazy, paranoid, entertaining, unique, secret romantic,good heart, loves her lover Michael.

Suzzie - Met through Julie, Nurse,focused,role model, sweetheart, crazy driver, girly girl, genuine, lovely, eater, romantic, open, very cool.

Joan- successful yet crazy. My biggest headache once upon a time. Graduate and Corporate consultant,hard worker, logical, annoyingly passive aggressive, analytical, good example, travel buddy, dining buddy, shopping buddy, good old friend.... has absolutely NO permission to beat my kids... but we agree my kids will beat hers...

Melanie- partner in crime,College student,banker, annoyingly coy,friend from hs,college and after, sometimes is the good angel on my shoulder, sometimes encouraged slackness,old balance, travel buddy, fellow word maker upper, dining buddy, funny at times, supplies my Thanksgiving meals, has permission to warn my kids, too crazy to beat them, lifer.

Claire- known since third grade along with Bff, Captain and Frasier.... member of the slackness society by force... College grad in econ.... first in the group to fly the nest.... GF of cousin Cliff.. the other half of my fav couple... always provides laughs and holds the upper hand... travel buddy....the last of the tribe that I care to associate with... will cry at wedding... has permission to beat my kids and vice versa...

RED-10 years and counting. outcast turned friend, quiet no more, Grad student with no life- according to her, travel buddy, Sat night dinner usual turned MIA BOO'D UP homebody,smart, keeps to herself, us and her man.
