The big foot in your mouth episode

Afterwork, BFF and I were discussing the foolishness of our site supervisor and her tirade from two days prior. She was tripping because I was doing my job. Apparently she seems to think that I work for her. Whatever. So we were on the bus talking about it in a medium voice and I noticed that there was a woman sitting in the back near us who looks like one of the women who come by the center. I am not sure if she is a friend of the site supervisor or the assistant, but I could have sworn I recognixed her. So I tell BFF that I think she is one of the friends and she had a real mean look on her face.She didn't say anything or make eye contact but I don't know. He says he doesn't recognize her, but I don't know. All I can do is hope that she is not who I think she is and if she is, then I hope she didn't hear us. I don't need any confrontations , but if it comes down to it then I know how to do damage control. Be professional. I just hope she doesn't go gossiping what she think she heard. Only 7 more days. As Vincent would say - What'a done is done. You can't stress what you can't change. So F it. I'm just going to prsy on it. My major ccncern is that if that was the woman and she heard, I don't want her to tell the assistant who will undoubtedly tell everyone including her son (who happens to interest me). It would be a bad look. Gotta pray.
