The list (revised)

I am now going to implement a 90 day rule. He doesn't get the cookie until I evaluate him for three months and see if he has earned it. The following will determine whether or not he is earning it.


I love Steve Harvey's book: Act like a Lady. Think like a Man.


1)What specific kind of man are you looking for?
He must be working towards a college degree or already holding one down.
He must have a job and plans for a career. He must believe in God. He must respect and honor his mother and have a good elationship with his family.

2)how do you expect to be pursued?
He must ask me out on dates and be on time or call if late. He must call or text from time to time. He must be a gentleman and look out for my well being.

3)What level of commitment do you expect?
A monogamous dating commitment. He must be open to dating one person at a time and I am not looking for anything short term. I'm not even looking, but he must be thinking long term potential.

4)What kind of financial security do you expect from him ?
He must have a job and a plan to get to a higher position. He must be willing to pay for dates and able to allow me to split with him or pay sometimes.

5)Do you want a man who has kids ansd is family oriented?

NO KIDS, but he must be family oriented and want some in the future.

6)Does he have to be religious/spiritual?
Yes, I'd like him to believe in a higher power and have some morals and be in touch with his spiritual side.

7) Do you mind if he's a divorce or has kids?

No divorces and no kids!

8) Can you help a man build his dreams? Can you adapt to his plan?

Yes, I can upgrade him. Can he help me build and adapt to mine?

9)What do you expect of his family? Should he get along with his mother?Was his father ever around? How does he treat his sisters or females?

He should have an excellent relationship with both his mom and dad and treat his sisters like queens.

10) What should he be willing to do to woo you? Should he pursue you? Give you gifts?
Everything he can physically do to woo me and he should be willing to pursue me an buy gifts if he pleases. He should be willing to take his time and be himself. He should be a gentleman and come correct.
