Leron and I had our first date out tonight. I was in a foul mood before we met up but I had an instant smile when he arrived. I quickly warmed up and we went about our time together. He bought our tickets for the movie and then suggested a spot to hang out while we waited. We went to the pool hall in park slope and I beat him twice -not that he didn't have skills- thanks to my time played on Yahoo games. And people say that doesn't count. For the first time I made the majority of my attempts and hit the ball where intended. Anyway, he humbly accepted defeat and shared in my chicken quesadillas. He took care of the pool as well.
We went back to the theater and the movie was pretty nice . He took the bus home with me and the bus driver was one of my regulars, Leha. She smiled a big wide grin when she saw us,lol,a woman to woman grin.
We continued reading the book ob the bus and answering questions for one another.We talked more about our values and such as we were on the bus and we pretty much see eye to eye. I gave him a hand hug goodnight cause the bus was throwing me and he was holding on to me. It was a good night.He was a gntleman and was creative in keeping it simple but playful. It's vey early n the game, but for date #1 he has done well. We'll see how it goes.
